Order your exhaust tips from the Exotica Motorsports Catalog.  These tip sleeves are polished billet 304 stainless steel.  Everything you need will be in the package when you get it.  You will get four tips, Loctite, 8 set screws and an allen wrench. 2.) Remove your new tips from the box and make sure that everything is there before you start the installation. 3.) If everything looks good then test fit each tip.  The problem with the factory tips is that they seem to be a little out of round and also there are two tack welds on the bottom.  These welds seem to be very different in size.  We have made the tips oversized to hopefully fit every car.  Try them all on and if one doesn't fit, another tip.  If none fit then contact us about machining one larger for you.  Also because of the factory tip shapes the tip sleeves sometimes don't fit as well as others.  We recommend to fit each sleeve onto each factory tip to see which combination fits the best. 4.) Once you have an idea about which sleeve you want where, remove the set screws from the bag and open the Loctite.  Apply Loctite onto one of the screws. 5.) Start the screw into the exhaust tip sleeve.  Make sure that the screw doesn't into the area where you will be sliding onto the factory tip so you don't scratch the factory tip during install.  Repeat this process for the other set screw and then slide the sleeve on to the factory tip making sure that the sleeve is on all the way. 6.) Once the tip sleeve is slid on all the way then tighten with the allen wrench.  Tighten enough but not too much too dent the factory tip. 7.) Repeat Steps for all tip sleeves. 8.) Now that all the tip sleeves are installed, start up the car, warm it up, shut off, now retighten set screws.  Be extremely careful due to the sleeve that may be hot. 9.) Now look at how great your exhaust looks for a fraction of the cost of an aftermarket system.   Buy Now
